PERFORMANCE DJ & Event Producer for QBIPOC Fandom Events

Initial Rhi tours Anime, Comic Cons and Gaming cons across the country, they specialize in QTBIPOC fandom events, Rhi comes from Queer night life, and Pride Festivals where they began as a House music, Techno, and Trance Purist, but is now spinning open format. Rhi specializes in Anime and Video Game remixes from Future Funk and Tech House, to Future Bass, UKG, Jersey Beat and Drum & Bass Breaks. Rhi started at pride festivals over 20 years ago and continues to advocate for creative resistance and believes in the dance floor as a sacred community space.

 

​Initial Rhi is also known as filmmaker RHI BERGADO who has directed content for music artists like Lizzo, Gwen Stefani, Yubin (Wonder Girls), CL (2NE1), Karol G, and Troye Sivan. Initial Rhi began their career as a DJ at various Pride Festivals and drag events. Today, Rhi specializes in festivals and pop culture gatherings and tours the country DJing anime, comic & gaming gatherging throughout the year.
